Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@aylorashop.com with your order number and return reason.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after approval.

Return Shipping

For returns due to size issues, change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@aylorashop.com with your order number and clear photos.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or not in their original packaging.

Sale items, final sale items, gift cards, and customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first, then place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@aylorashop.com.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.
