Thank you for shopping with Aylora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, order processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to Iraq. If additional countries or regions become available, shipping rates and delivery times may vary by destination.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped to Iraq, the current shipping options are:

Standard Shipping: $5.00 for orders from $0.00 to $99.99.

Free Shipping: available for orders of $100.00 or more.

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect address information, local delivery conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges required by the destination country, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Aylora is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance, or unpaid import fees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and order information are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@aylorashop.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the issue and assist you where reasonably possible. In some cases, we may need to contact the shipping carrier for further investigation.
